Shipping:

• International shipment cost: 35$
  
  Free shipping to Orders over 400$ will not be charged for delivery.
  (VAT and Duties may apply)
• Your shipment will arrive via UPS or DHL within 5-8 business days.

• Once your entire order has been dispatched, we will send a notification by e-mail with the tracking number of your delivery.

Exchanges:

• We happily accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of purchase.

• Please return each item with tags still intact. And with the shipping certificate. For online exchanges, you can try a different size in the same style and color.
• Note: availability is based on inventory. Your exchange purchase will ship once we’ve received and processed the items you are returning.
• Alternatively, you may also exchange and return items purchased online in the physical store.
• Exchange shipment shipment cost: 35$

Returns:

• You can return an item and get the full price within14 days from the day of the receipt.

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds – when we will receive your delivery you will be notified by email and see the reference to the credit for your refund.

Order Changes:

• Please notice that once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the order, including changing the shipping address.

They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**
