According to the consumer protection law, you may return or exchange a product that was purchased through the ATA website within 14 days from receiving the shipment or receiving a confirmation message for an in-store self pickup.
All items purchased through the website may be returned or exchanged (except for underwear and swimwear) if they have not been used or altered, with the original label intact, and providing they have not been damaged. ATA retains sole judgment to ascertain the condition of the returned goods.
1. You may return or exchange an item you purchased in one of ATA's stores:
a. Exchange- you may exchange any item purchased through the ATA website in any ATA store, according to the conditions under section 1 and upon providing a receipt.
b. Refund- you will be refunded for your purchase by customer service and through the website. You can return the items to any ATA store, and email us at ATAWEAR2016@GMAIL.COM that you are awaiting a refund. We will take care of your request within 2 business days. The refund will be processed within 14 days from returning the item to the store. The refund will be generated under the same terms of the original transaction. A confirmation email will be sent to you at the end of the refund process.
2. Returns or exchanges our delivery service
If you would like return or exchange an item email us at ATAWEAR2016@GMAIL.COM with the order details and your request and we will get back to you through email within 2 business days.
a. Exchange- please note in your email what item you would like to receive instead of the one you are returning. You may only exchange the product with an item that is in stock at the time of the exchange.
Exchanges will only be made through our delivery service, within 8 business days. The cost of the return (two ways) is 40 NIS via a door-to-door messenger.
The cost of returning an item (one way) is 28 NIS.
In a transaction over 799 NIS you will be eligible for a one time exchange of an item with no charge.
b. Return- you can return the item through our delivery service. Please email us the order details and the list of items you wish to return. You will be refunded within 3 days of the items arriving at ATA.
Return by messenger | our delivery service will contact you up to 2 business days since you have made the request to coordinate a time for the pickup. The service costs 28 NIS.
Please be advised:
ATA will no be held responsible for the content of the packages and/or any damage that may be caused to a package until it reaches its warehouse. The refund will be generated only after the returned item is received under the conditions of section 1 above.
To clarify: a business day constitutes every day except for Fridays and Saturdays, sabbaticals, holiday eves and holidays.
The day in which the order is made is not regarded as a business day.
